1. Support sales managers in overseeing sales teams and managing daily operations.
2. Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing staff presence.
3. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and standards.
4. Coordinate boutique opening activities, including team assignments and setup.
5. Monitor and control merchandising standards.
6. Track reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
7. Provide customer service during peak periods.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in luxury sales.

1. Strong interest in fashion and retail.
2. Dynamic with a strong sense of service and attention to detail.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Proficient in IT tools.

Previous experience in luxury sales is required.

Currently enrolled in a Business School or University.

Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of the House, and will have opportunities to deepen their retail knowledge and develop communication skills. Participation in events and a Young Talent Community will help build a professional network.
