1. Ensure seamless customer reception for key accounts by acting as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders including reception, client marketing, stock, and cash desk.
2. Support the sales team by preparing showrooms and managing appointments in the boutique.
3. Eventually suggest silhouettes to sales managers during buying sessions that align with key account preferences.
4. Manage transfers, deliveries, shipments, and returns efficiently.
5. Assist sales staff with reservation follow-ups and management of entrusted items from dispatch to return.
6. Apply and adhere to company procedures.
7. Oversee after-sales service and alterations, including creating CASS files and tracking repair stages.
8. Support sales staff in managing customer requests and special orders for key accounts.

1. Experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities.

Experience in customer interaction is required.
