- Ensure smooth client reception as the primary contact for key stakeholders such as reception hosts, client marketing, stock, cash desk, and tea service.
- Support the sales team by preparing salons and managing appointments in the boutique.
- Suggest silhouettes for key accounts during buying sessions.
- Manage transfers, deliveries, shipments, and returns.
- Assist sales staff with reservation follow-ups and management of entrusted items.
- Know and apply procedures for after-sales service and alterations.
- Support sales staff in handling customer requests and special orders for key accounts.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Team spirit, reliability, discretion, agility, and a strong sense of service.
- High sensitivity to fashion and culture.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools.
Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
