1. Support the sales team by managing administrative and back-of-house duties while upholding Chanel's standards of customer service and presentation.
2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries, ensuring clients are well-informed.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, responding promptly to requests from clients, boutique management, and head office.
4. Assist on the shop floor as needed, adhering to Chanel's customer service standards, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
6. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed.
7. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
8. Ensure confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
9. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
10. Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity and organization.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
6. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
