Sales and Stock Support

1. Support the sales team with administrative and back-of-house duties while maintaining Chanel's standards of customer service and presentation.
2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and over the phone.
3. Assist on the shop floor, applying Chanel's customer service standards.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
6. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
8. Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and cash stations.

1. Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
2. Customer service oriented.
3. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
6. Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.

Competitive base salary: $55,000 CAD per year.
