1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships both in-person and via phone, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to all queries.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients, and management, adhering to Chanel's high standards.
3. Assist on the shop floor, applying Chanel's customer service standards, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
4. Effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed.
6. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
8. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and consolidation.
9. Execute after-sales tasks, ensuring inventory integrity and organization.
10. Ensure back-office areas are clean and tidy, and that cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.
2. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
3. Customer service orientation.

1. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work comfortably with different departments and teams.
4. Fluency in English; a second language is an advantage.

1-3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
