1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
3. Assist on the shop floor, applying Chanel's customer service protocols, including welcoming clients and presenting collections.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
6. Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
8. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
9. Execute after-sales tasks such as sales and repairs.
10. Ensure inventory integrity and organization.
11. Maintain and organize secondary stockroom.
12. Ensure back-office areas are clean and tidy.
13. Prepare and stock Cash and Wrap stations.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations or stock management.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
6. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary: $55,000 CAD per year.
