1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate communication.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
3. Assist on the shop floor, welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping.
6. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
8. Ensure inventory integrity and organization.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas.
10. Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
6. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
