1. Provide sales support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
2. Assist fashion advisors on the sales floor.
3. Deliver outstanding service to both local and international clientele.
4. Participate in 'Message Mode' training sessions prior to new collection launches.
5. Manage back-office supplies including packaging, beverages, stationery, and uniforms.
6. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain boutique displays.
7. Track and manage after-sales service requests.
8. Support stock management including goods reception, dispatch, and inventory control.
9. Implement stock optimization strategies.
10. Facilitate inter-boutique transfers.

1. MBO-4 or Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluency in English or Dutch.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and retail operations is advantageous.
