1. Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience
2. Provide a warm, personalized, and exceptional client experience
3. Ensure after-sales service
4. Maintain the boutique's appearance
5. Assist and support sales staff during client presentations
6. Support team spirit and boutique performance with elegance and enthusiasm
7. Assist with digital salon presentations
8. Support the Customer Service Manager with daily tasks
9. Manage administrative tasks and repair logistics
10. Process estimates and communicate timelines to clients
11. Coordinate with workshops on client cases
12. Support sales team and manager on the floor
13. Inspect service pieces before client handover
14. Welcome local and international clients, ensuring excellent service
15. Assist sales staff with remote orders and online appointments
16. Turn dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through relationship skills
17. Assist Operations Manager with performance indicators
18. Conduct sales and results analysis
19. Prepare and present team briefings

1. Interest in watches and/or jewelry
2. Desire to gain retail experience
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Passion for craftsmanship, technique, and style in Chanel's Watch and Jewelry division

5. Proficient in computer tools, especially Excel

No specific experience required, but an interest in the luxury retail sector is essential.
