- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized service to each client.
- Ensure after-sales service excellence.
- Maintain the boutique's presentation and organization.
- Assist sales associates during client presentations.
- Support team spirit and boutique performance with elegance and enthusiasm.
- Aid in digital salon presentations.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily tasks, including administrative duties and managing repair logistics.
- Handle quotations and communicate timelines to clients.
- Coordinate with workshops on case follow-ups.
- Support the sales team on the floor, ensuring quality control of serviced items before client handover.
- Provide exemplary service to local and international clients during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Assist sales associates with remote orders and online appointments.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal patrons through superior relational skills.
- Support the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators, including sales analysis and results tracking.
- Prepare and present team briefings.
- Interest in watches and/or jewelry and retail experience.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for craftsmanship and style.
- Dynamic and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Excel.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and client services is essential.
Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including training on Chanel's history and products.
