Chanel Sales & Engagement Manager

- Oversee sales management for the local Swiss market, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and drive commercial objectives across Swiss Markets, including Mexico, Brazil, LATAM, and India, in collaboration with local teams.
- Manage relationships with authorized retailers through regular field visits to strengthen ties and ensure optimal follow-up.
- Define and achieve sales targets by implementing tailored actions and presenting new product performances.
- Negotiate and deploy a comprehensive 360° animation plan, coordinating with Marketing and Merchandising departments.
- Organize and coordinate visits to the manufacture to showcase Chanel's unique watchmaking expertise.
- Plan and lead events with retailers, representing Chanel during key moments such as product launches and VIP visits.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams of authorized retailers and manage the Brand Ambassador program.
- Implement and monitor the E-learning 2025 program to ensure its adoption and effectiveness.
- Animate the regional Watch and Jewelry community, supporting wholesale and boutique networks to boost revenue and brand visibility.
- Coordinate participation in Watches & Wonders and related activities.
- Collaborate on distribution strategy, including business cases, openings, closures, and contracts with market teams and Finance and Marketing departments.
- Define model stocks, sales forecasts, and assortments with the product merchandiser to optimize offerings.
- Develop the regional training plan for distribution networks, aligning with strategic priorities.
- Oversee regional deployment of Inside W&FJ and monitor completion rates to ensure team engagement.
- Supervise training for boutique openings, ensuring optimal team preparation.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with Area Sales Managers and Fashion Trainers, sharing best practices.
- Fluency in German and English.
- First experience in sales and learning, with knowledge and interest in the Swiss Watch and Jewelry market as an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
