2. Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations tailored to individual client needs and styles.

4. Build and maintain a discerning clientele, ensuring loyalty through attentive follow-up and extending the Chanel experience beyond the boutique.
5. Contribute to commercial performance by achieving sales goals and utilizing available tools effectively.
6. Ensure operational excellence through participation in client transactions, after-sales service, and stock management.
7. Maintain the boutique's impeccable appearance and promote collective excellence by sharing best practices with the team.

1. Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry.
2. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong taste for challenges.
4. Service-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
3. Strong client relationship-building abilities.
4. Proficiency in sales techniques and clienteling.

A minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry sector.
