- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele and develop long-term client relationships through active clienteling.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive prospecting and tailored consultations.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling, fit and product care.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with cash handling and security procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Support inventory management: receive, organise and reconcile stock; participate in stocktakes and replenishment.
- Contribute to boutique events, client appointments and after-sales service, ensuring follow-up and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to uphold Chanel’s service protocols, confidentiality and luxury retail standards.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique sales; demonstrable clienteling and sales track record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to engage sophisticated clients with discretion.
- Strong commercial sense with the ability to meet targets and convert high-value enquiries.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling and basic inventory procedures.
- Flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and evenings; availability for the duration of a fixed-term contract (CDD).

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a proven record of exceeding individual sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Secondary education; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or luxury services preferred but not mandatory.
