Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique.
- Offer a warm, personalized, and ultimate experience to each client.
- Propose unique silhouettes tailored to clients' desires, personalities, and morphologies in line with Chanel's style.
- Build privileged relationships with clients through strong relational and empathetic skills.
- Develop and maintain the client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as an ambassador of Chanel's style, combining storytelling with a solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Achieve set objectives and contribute to action plans.
- Utilize stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance.
- Understand and apply sales procedures and provide client feedback to managers.
