Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience.
- Offer personalized sales ceremonies to provide a warm and bespoke client experience.
- Combine storytelling with brand knowledge to inspire clients.
- Promote the technical aspects and exceptional creations of Chanel.
- Collaborate with management to define and implement client treatment and prospecting strategies.
- Manage a client portfolio and recruit high-potential clients.
- Transform potential clients into high-end jewelry customers.
- Achieve sales objectives and propose new ideas.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in local and international events.
- Contribute to the boutique's dynamic and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Maintain stock knowledge to enhance sales performance.
- Use digital tools proactively.
- Share expertise and best practices with team members.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in high-end jewelry.
- Deep knowledge of gemology and competitors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and situational intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, and creativity.
- Ability to build a client portfolio and handle VIP clientele.
- Strong interest in performance and challenges.
- Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.
