Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience
- Provide a warm, personalized, and ultimate client experience
- Inspire clients with the allure and dream of Chanel through storytelling and brand knowledge
- Develop and maintain client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit
- Achieve sales targets using all available resources
- Ensure proper boutique operations and client transactions
- Manage after-sales service
- Contribute to the boutique's appearance and stock management
- Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge and skills
