Chanel Fashion Sales Advisor

- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique, offering a personalized and warm experience.
- Provide clients with a unique silhouette tailored to their desires, personality, and morphology, in line with Chanel's style.
- Build and maintain privileged relationships with clients through strong relational and empathetic skills.
- Develop the client database and foster client loyalty to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as an ambassador of Chanel's style, combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Achieve set objectives and contribute to action plans for enhancing performance.
- Utilize stock knowledge to improve commercial performance.
- Understand and apply sales protocols and procedures, including upselling, and relay client feedback to management.
- Passionate about fashion with a strong stylistic sensitivity and acute customer service orientation.
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent relational skills and a penchant for teamwork.
- Strong attraction to performance and challenges.
- Proactive, curious, and open-minded with intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
