1. Manage customer orders, including entry and confirmation with markets.
2. Proactively monitor delivery timelines and communicate any potential delays.
3. Allocate available stock to orders efficiently.
4. Coordinate shipments, including planning with warehouses and handling specific issues such as customs problems.
5. Organize returns and stock exchanges between markets/regions.
6. Maintain product references in the ERP system, ensuring product attributes are verified for milestone passage.
7. Lead process improvement projects and draft associated job descriptions.
8. Implement interfaces with local ERPs in various regions.
9. Create activity monitoring indicators.
10. Manage stone flow, including order entry and coordination of shipments from Paris.

1. Proven customer service and solution-oriented mindset.
2. Proactive, meticulous, and methodical approach with strong prioritization skills.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

1. Proficiency in office software tools.
2. Experience with ERP systems such as ProConcept or Microsoft D365.
3. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role with similar responsibilities.

Commercial or university-level education required.
