Chanel Sales Administration Specialist

- Manage end-to-end sales administration activities including order entry, order verification, amendments and confirmations for wholesale and retail channels.
- Coordinate invoicing, credit notes and billing reconciliation in partnership with finance to ensure timely and accurate billing cycles.
- Serve as a central liaison between sales teams, retail boutiques, logistics and warehouse to resolve order exceptions, delivery issues and stock enquiries.
- Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with customer, order and shipment data to guarantee data integrity and auditability.
- Produce and distribute regular operational reports (order status, backorders, invoicing) to commercial stakeholders and support month-end close tasks.
- Respond to customer and internal queries with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management and cross-functional teams as required.
- Support ad-hoc commercial projects and process-improvement initiatives to streamline order-to-cash workflows during the temporary assignment.
- Proven aptitude for accurate, deadline-driven administrative work with strong numerical literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; discretion and professionalism when handling confidential commercial information.
- Organised, methodical approach with the ability to prioritise competing requests and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in Italian is strongly preferred; professional working proficiency in English is advantageous.

Typically 2–4 years in sales administration, order management or commercial operations, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer goods; demonstrable experience liaising with finance and logistics teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or equivalent vocational qualification; comparable professional experience accepted.
