- Lead the implementation and deployment of compensation policies and programs across the Europe region.
- Support and collaborate with P&O Europe community and Global Reward teams on compensation-related projects and processes.
- Ensure competitive, attractive, fair, and equitable rewards across the Europe region.
- Deploy compensation policies and processes, including annual salary and performance bonus cycles.
- Coordinate compensation benchmarking and pay equity studies.
- Maintain job architecture and gradings across the region.
- Contribute to cross-functional Reward projects such as evolution of variable pay schemes and EU Pay transparency.
- Prepare compensation packages and support P&O teams, coordinating with International mobility where relevant.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Europe P&O HR teams on compensation-related matters.
- Support the adoption of Regional and Global tools and dashboards across Europe.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to consolidate accurate forecasts and monitoring of payroll and headcount costs.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of HC/staff costs insights and analytics to management teams.
- Enhance the experience of internal stakeholders through improved Reward methods, tools, and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, compensation, or cost controlling, ideally in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and rigor.
- Deep commitment to excellence, efficiency, and service quality.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel.
