- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the management and communication of the benefits offering, including health insurance, clothing allocation, service awards, cycle scheme, and well-being platforms.
- Contribute to projects related to compensation and benefits, such as gender pay gap analysis and the implementation of EU directives.
- Manage the annual compensation process, including budget planning, salary and bonus benchmarking, and the implementation of salary decisions.
- Submit annual reports for salary benchmarking using the WTW framework.
- Manage survey vendor relationships and the company's participation in salary and variable compensation surveys.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits programs against industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage aspects of performance management, talent, and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience at a Reward Manager level.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent program management skills, knowledge of annual review processes and WTW Job Grading methodology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and prioritize workloads.
Proven experience at a Reward Manager level, with a strong understanding of compensation structures and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
