- Oversee operations related to packaging within the European Fashion Operations & Innovation team.
- Assist the Retail Transformation Project Manager in steering supply chain transformation projects.
- Act as the primary contact for markets and boutiques in the European region.
- Support operational efficiency projects to enhance packaging distribution across the European Fashion boutique network.
- Aid in managing the total stock process from global to boutique levels.
- Ensure distribution of packaging assortment through monthly and annual forecasting, activity tracking, and replenishment management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on product distribution to align with brand objectives.
- Coordinate and evaluate distribution processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Monitor projects related to boutique openings, new references, and market communication.
- Contribute to the development and definition of existing and new projects supporting European Fashion Retail transformation.
- Manage operational processes and tools for Retail Fashion, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Handle internal tool access management for Retail Mode Europe, ensuring compliance with internal audit rules.
- Enrolled in the latter part of a gap year or final year of a Master's program in engineering or business school.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Curiosity and collaborative spirit.
- Attention to detail and autonomy.
- Functional knowledge of Power BI.
Desired experience in project management, business analysis, or retail operations.
Master's degree in progress from a business or engineering school.
