1. Lead the implementation of Retail Planning, Forecast, and Analytics projects, including sales forecasting, budgeting, boutique staff planning, order replenishment, and pricing.
2. Supervise the operation and user support of existing Planning Analytics solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.
3. Manage the implementation and roll-out of boutique staff planning products.
4. Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders and technology vendors, translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
5. Lead and manage the Planning Analytics team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
6. Contribute to budget development and cost control, optimizing resource allocation and technology investments.
7. Implement CSR design and data-driven strategies for IBM Planning Analytics products.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of planning and analytics tools, particularly IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

1. Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, transformation, and visualization.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or similar solutions.
3. Knowledge of luxury retail industry processes such as sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
4. Proven project and product management skills, including agile delivery and UX/UI design.
5. Effective recruitment, training, and staff management capabilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in contract negotiation and maintaining vendor relationships.

Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on data-driven solutions.

Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
