Chanel Retail Planning Forecast & Analytics Manager

- Lead the implementation of Retail Planning, Forecast, and Analytics projects, including sales forecasting, budgeting, boutique staff planning, order replenishment, and pricing.
- Supervise the operation and user support of existing Planning Analytics solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage the implementation and roll-out of boutique staff planning products.
- Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders and technology vendors, translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Lead and manage the Planning Analytics team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Contribute to budget development and cost control, optimizing resource allocation and technology investments.
- Implement CSR design and data-driven strategies for IBM Planning Analytics products.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of planning and analytics tools, particularly IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, transformation, and visualization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of luxury retail industry processes such as sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Proven project and product management skills, including agile delivery and UX/UI design.
- Effective recruitment, training, and staff management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation and maintaining vendor relationships.
Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
