1. Lead the implementation of Retail Planning, Forecast, and Analytics projects, including sales forecasting, budgeting, boutique staff planning, order replenishment, and pricing.
2. Supervise and support the existing Planning Analytics solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.
3. Manage the implementation and roll-out of boutique staff planning products.
4. Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders and technology vendors, translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
5. Oversee the Planning Analytics team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
6. Contribute to budget planning and cost control, optimizing technology investments.
7. Implement CSR design and data-driven strategies for IBM Planning Analytics products.
8. Engage actively in Chanel’s Planning Analytics community.

1. Engineer or Master's degree (Bac + 5)

1. Proficiency in planning and analytics tools, particularly IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
2. Strong data analysis skills, including data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or similar solutions.
4. Knowledge of luxury retail industry processes such as sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
5. Proven project management experience, including agile product delivery.
6. Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management with external partners.

Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects within the luxury retail industry.

Engineer or Master's degree (Bac + 5)
