1. Manage boutique staff, including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
2. Prepare and manage boutique and staff lists, announcements, and shift schedules.
3. Oversee ID management and organization for boutique staff.
4. Update and manage vendor lists and handle expense management for retail departments and boutiques.
5. Process incentives, distribute reports, and coordinate prize arrangements.
6. Handle account openings and contract processing.
7. Manage inventory of supplies and uniforms, including ordering and delivery for boutique staff.
8. Coordinate operations and management for the outdoor sales team.
9. Create and distribute regular reports from the retail department and respond to report requests from boutiques.
10. Lead, coordinate, and support various projects, ensuring effective implementation.

1. Proven experience in retail planning or administration within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
