1. Orchestrate retail transformation initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
2. Serve as a key liaison for data and retail performance indicators.
3. Collaborate with Data Europe teams and participate in European committees.
4. Govern the use and evolution of data and performance reports for key users in Mode Europe.
5. Gather business team requirements for data and reporting to drive activity management.
6. Create Power BI reports by constructing multi-source datasets and proposing performance indicator visualizations.
7. Test and validate the compliance of reports and deploy them to relevant business teams.
8. Ensure data integrity within the database and maintain existing reports to accommodate evolving demands and management rules.
9. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the sustainability of existing data and reports during system migrations.
10. Participate in the Retail transformation project 'My Schedule App' by contributing to testing phases, market deployment, and user guide development.

1. Degree in Engineering or a related field.

1. Proficiency in data analysis and database management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Expertise in Excel and Power BI, including multi-source dataset creation and data visualization.
3. Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for a collaborative international environment.
4. Exceptional analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Rigorous and reliable work ethic.
6. Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive approach.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in data analysis or database management within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
