- Orchestrate retail transformation initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a key liaison for data and retail performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Data Europe teams and participate in European committees.
- Govern the use and evolution of data and performance reports for key users in Mode Europe.
- Gather business team requirements for data and reporting to drive activity management.
- Create Power BI reports by constructing multi-source datasets and proposing performance indicator visualizations.
- Test and validate the compliance of reports and deploy them to relevant business teams.
- Ensure data integrity within the database and maintain existing reports to accommodate evolving demands and management rules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the sustainability of existing data and reports during system migrations.
- Participate in the Retail transformation project 'My Schedule App' by contributing to testing phases, market deployment, and user guide development.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and database management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI, including multi-source dataset creation and data visualization.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for a collaborative international environment.
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Rigorous and reliable work ethic.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in data analysis or database management within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
