1. Contribute to projects aimed at achieving operational excellence in boutiques, including gathering field requirements, defining specifications, and tracking project deliverables.
2. Facilitate the Retail Operations Parfums and Beauté community by organizing meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
3. Support daily retail operations by collecting retail team needs, prioritizing tasks, and updating information and tools for European markets.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5)

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
3. Proactive approach
4. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Experience in operations, supply chain, or project management is required. Familiarity with retail and boutique environments is advantageous.
