- Assist the Director of Merchandising and Retail Operations in steering activities and reporting.
- Contribute to the structuring, harmonization, and enhancement of Quality and Aftersales processes across Swiss Market boutiques.
- Formalize Aftersales processes to establish a reference base for all regional Aftersales ambassadors.
- Share training materials on these processes with the entire Aftersales community.
- Centralize and manage Quality and Aftersales requests for Swiss Markets' Fashion boutiques.
- Handle complex cases and quality expertise needs.
- Manage and track quality alerts.
- Participate in the animation of Quality and Aftersales communities using available community tools.
- Disseminate and consolidate communications with the community, including quality alerts and process evolutions.
- Support the Director in deploying and monitoring Aftersales projects, alterations, and tools for operational efficiency in boutiques.
- Gather feedback from boutiques to propose improvement areas.
- Participate in the development and deployment of action plans and new tools.
- Ensure implementation and follow-up.
- Analyze and interpret performance indicators related to Aftersales, alterations, and operational efficiency tools in boutiques.
- Develop performance reports for Aftersales and alterations, and tools related to operational efficiency.
- Produce these reports regularly and analyze key indicators.
- Communicate findings to varied audiences and contribute to action plan implementation.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School.
- First experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and/or Finance.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, numerical aptitude, adaptability, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
First experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and/or Finance is required.
Master's degree in progress from a Business or Engineering School.
Internship agreement required. Position available from July 2025 for 6 months, based in Geneva.
