Chanel Retail Operations & Aftersales Assistant

- Assist the Retail Merchandising and Operations Director and the Retail Operations Manager in activity management and reporting.
- Contribute to the structuring, harmonization, and enhancement of Quality and Aftersales processes across Swiss Market boutiques.
- Formalize Aftersales processes to establish a reference base for regional Aftersales ambassadors.
- Share training materials related to these processes with the Aftersales community.
- Centralize and manage Quality and Aftersales requests for Swiss Markets Fashion boutiques, addressing complex cases and quality expertise needs.
- Participate in the animation of Quality and Aftersales communities through available community tools and communication consolidation.
- Support the Regional Retail Operations team in deploying and monitoring Aftersales projects, alterations, and tools for operational efficiency in boutiques.
- Participate in action plan development and deployment of new projects and tools, ensuring follow-up and feedback collection from boutiques.
- Analyze and interpret performance indicators related to Aftersales, alterations, and operational efficiency tools, producing regular performance reports and communicating findings to varied audiences.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School.
- First experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and/or Finance.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
First experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and/or Finance is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School.
