1. Collaborate with boutiques in Spain, Turkey, and Greece to enhance client experiences and maintain high service standards.
2. Implement and monitor new in-store services and local initiatives to optimize the customer journey.
3. Lead specific client experience projects, including queue management and appointment scheduling, and track key performance indicators.
4. Coordinate communications between external service providers and boutiques to address specific client inquiries and produce monthly activity reports.
