- Collaborate with boutiques across Benelux, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and Greece to enhance the client experience.
- Implement and monitor new in-store services and optimize existing local initiatives to elevate the customer journey.
- Lead specific projects related to client experience, such as queue management and appointment systems, and track KPIs to assess impact.
- Coordinate communication between external service providers and boutiques to address specific client requests and generate monthly activity reports.
- Proven experience in retail or luxury sectors.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
- Creative problem-solving and proactive approach to boutique needs.
- Analytical skills to evaluate project impact through data and metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
