- Lead retail teams to achieve excellence and market leadership.
- Inspire and elevate counter management professionalism to be best in class.
- Ensure exceptional service and high image standards at all points of sale.
- Manage local counter operations to drive sales and CRM KPIs.
- Monitor sales KPIs through retail dashboards to reach commercial targets.
- Conduct business, client, and product reviews to optimize performance.
- Coach Counter Managers and BAs in data literacy for proactive action.
- Collaborate with Counter Managers to ensure alignment with data literacy initiatives.
- Focus on core client development and monitor related KPIs.
- Devote time to people development, focusing on Counter Managers' strengths and weaknesses.
- Translate corporate strategies into actionable plans for retail teams.
- Work with HR on hiring decisions and talent retention.
- Manage inventory and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Develop relationships with trade partners and implement promotional plans.
- Assist in new door openings, counter renovations, and trade terms negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a bridge between retail teams and other divisions.

Minimum of 5 years in people management, with at least 2 years managing a team of no less than 10 people. Experience in FBP, retail, or luxury sectors is advantageous.
