1. Design and implement customized learning paths for Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors.
2. Conduct in-boutique training sessions on products, services, and strategies.
3. Provide real-time feedback and coaching to enhance client-staff interactions.
4. Collaborate with HR and Retail Managers to develop comprehensive people development plans.
5. Monitor and track the progress of learning and coaching plans.
6. Facilitate onboarding for new hires with tailored coaching and support.
7. Engage in regular coaching conversations to support staff development and client-centric experiences.
8. Analyze learning and coaching needs to recommend action plans.
9. Report on staff performance and development to senior management.
10. Partner with stakeholders to curate and deliver optimal training content.
