Responsibilities
- Customize, deliver, and follow up on learning paths for the retail team.
- Observe client-staff interactions to identify learning and development gaps.
- Recommend and implement action and coaching plans for boutique staff.
- Deliver in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
- Implement and drive digital learning solutions.
- Provide real-time feedback to Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors.
- Plan and track coaching conversations to meet performance objectives.
- Support people development in collaboration with HR and retail managers.
- Offer customized onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Partner with stakeholders to curate training content and delivery methods.
- Measure effectiveness of learning and coaching through KPIs.

Experience Requirements
At least three years of retail or retail management experience with a client-centric mindset. Experience in the luxury goods industry and coaching/training is a plus.
