Chanel Retail Learning & Development Partner

- Design and implement customized learning paths for Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors.
- Conduct in-boutique training sessions on products, services, and strategies.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to enhance client-staff interactions.
- Collaborate with HR and Retail Managers to develop comprehensive people development plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of learning and coaching plans.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires with tailored coaching and support.
- Engage in regular coaching conversations to support staff development and client-centric experiences.
- Analyze learning and coaching needs to recommend action plans.
- Report on staff performance and development to senior management.
- Partner with stakeholders to curate and deliver optimal training content.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong passion for people development and client service excellence.

- Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.

A minimum of three years in retail or retail management with a client-centric focus. Experience in the luxury goods industry and coaching/training is advantageous.
