1. Customize, deliver, and monitor learning paths for retail teams.
2. Observe client-staff interactions to identify learning and coaching needs.
3. Develop and implement action plans for boutique staff.
4. Conduct in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
5. Coach Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors on adaptability and flexibility.
6. Engage in regular coaching conversations to support staff development.
7. Collaborate with HR and retail managers on people development strategies.
8. Report on staff performance and participate in performance reviews.
9. Plan and execute onboarding for new hires.
10. Partner with stakeholders to curate training content.
11. Measure effectiveness of learning and coaching through KPIs.
