Responsibilities
- Customize, deliver, and follow up on learning paths for the retail team.
- Observe client-staff interactions to identify learning and development gaps.
- Identify and analyze learning and coaching requirements for boutique staff.
- Create, maintain, and monitor learning and coaching plans.
- Deliver in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
- Implement and drive digital learning solutions.
- Provide real-time feedback to staff based on observations and best practices.
- Plan and track coaching conversations to meet performance objectives.
- Support people development in collaboration with HR and retail managers.
- Offer customized onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to curate training content.
- Measure effectiveness of learning and coaching through KPIs.

Experience Requirements
