4. Create, maintain, and monitor learning and coaching plans.
5. Deliver in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
6. Implement and drive digital learning solutions.
7. Provide real-time feedback to staff based on observations and best practices.
8. Plan and track coaching conversations to meet performance objectives.
9. Support people development in collaboration with HR and retail managers.
10. Offer customized onboarding experiences for new hires.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to curate training content.
12. Measure effectiveness of learning and coaching through KPIs.
