1. Serve as an internal boutique learning specialist, supporting staff in their professional development journey.
2. Customize learning solutions and individualized coaching methods.
3. Act as the trusted advisor for Fashion Advisors in Learning and Development.
4. Engage and develop the boutique sales force, instilling brand values to inspire exceptional client experiences.
5. Facilitate in-boutique training, including digital learning solutions, and provide field coaching and follow-up.
6. Collaborate with the Head of Boutique to strategize and implement a comprehensive people development plan.
7. Plan and track coaching conversations with boutique staff to meet performance and service objectives.
8. Ensure and measure the effectiveness of learning and coaching to achieve business objectives.
9. Onboard new hires in the boutique.
10. Provide insights and feedback on retail team dynamics to the leadership team.

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

1. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a strong passion for people development and client service excellence.
2. Strong presentation and communication skills.
3. High energy level with the ability to exercise assertiveness when required.
4. Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in coaching, training, mentoring, learning and development, or training within a fashion-related business. Experience in on-floor boutique or store management within the luxury fashion sector is highly advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
