1. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies for the Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) division in SEAA and Singapore.
2. Collaborate with global and regional teams to align WFJ learning curriculums with corporate objectives.
3. Facilitate engaging product knowledge and competency training sessions for local retail teams.
4. Lead the regional WFJ retail and learning community engagement strategy.
5. Monitor and analyze learning trends to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
6. Support the Head of Retail Excellence in enhancing retail operations and stakeholder alignment.

1. Proven experience in learning and development within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and retail market needs.
3. Passion for Watches and Fine Jewelry, with certification being a plus.

Significant experience in learning and development, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
