- Lead the sales strategy and execution across multiple points of sale, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving sell-out performance.
- Recruit, evaluate, and develop high-performing teams, including Supervisors and Beauty Confidents, with support from Human Resources.
- Monitor commission calculations, product launches, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate and motivate retail teams, including Counter Managers, Fragrance Specialists, and Beauty Advisors.
- Supervise field team activities and ensure timely submission of visit reports.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve sell-out performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage marketing tools and implement in-store actions in collaboration with internal teams and key retailers.
- Design and execute promotional plans aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand image standards are met at all points of sale.
- Organize training programs and promotional events to increase team engagement.
- Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising plans.
- Ensure sales figures meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Monitor customer orders and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients, including margins and key space allocations.
- Develop alternative sales strategies to address market trends.
- Prepare and analyze annual forecasts for products and promotional materials.
- Implement and oversee commercial activations and key events.
- Monitor the local market, competition, and new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in regional management roles, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
- 3+ years in sales and retail management roles, preferably within luxury and/or beauty sectors.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
- Advanced skills in data-driven decision-making and digital tools.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of digital trends and retail management best practices.
Over 5 years of experience in regional management roles, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry, and 3+ years in sales and retail management roles within luxury and/or beauty sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
