8. Identify and track common KPIs in collaboration with Fashion Métiers and finance.
9. Engage local markets to consolidate insights and action plans with HR and Learning teams.
10. Establish a strong RetailxHRxL&D partnership through regular meetings.
11. Build a robust knowledge and feedback pipeline to frontline teams and clients.
