1. Support the development and deployment of international engagement programs.
2. Actively contribute to the organization of engagement programs, including preparation of presentations and coordination with internal departments and local teams.
3. Facilitate and maintain relationships with external agencies.
4. Monitor ongoing engagement projects and assist in the development of future initiatives.
5. Coordinate engagement programs with the fashion division, including content adaptation and project measurement.
6. Propose adjustments and evolutions to engagement plans.
7. Coordinate and animate the international Learning & Retail community, including organizing and facilitating forums and creating digital content.
8. Contribute to the evolution and excellence of the Education activity by ensuring content relevance and proposing new seminar concepts.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
2. Interest in Learning and Engagement topics.

1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

A keen interest in retail and the luxury sector is advantageous, ideally with initial experience in boutique sales.

Pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
