Chanel Retail Engagement Assistant Internship

- Coordinate and manage the update of engagement programs for the Watch and Fine Jewelry distribution networks.
- Create content for onboarding programs and new activities within the Watch and Fine Jewelry sector.
- Oversee production and coordinate with product and learning development teams.
- Manage and facilitate Train The Trainer programs for regional teams and internal sessions.
- Measure and adapt tools based on feedback.
- Serve as a key liaison with HR for retail and office onboarding content updates.
- Develop content and monitor Retail Excellence materials.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to enhance customer care and experience approaches through learning tools.
- Create and deploy customer care content in collaboration with the Retail Experience team.
- Contribute to the evolution and excellence of the Education department by ensuring content structure and relevance.
- Participate in strategizing engagement dynamics for Fashion and Watch & Jewelry teams.
- Promote the Education department's activities and expertise within and outside the division.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Strong interest in learning and retail excellence.
- Project management skills in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English for both speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of the luxury retail sector is advantageous.
- Curiosity, creativity, and autonomy.
- Adaptability and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team integration ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in luxury retail sales.
Master's degree in progress in Communication, Marketing, or Commerce.
