Chanel Retail Engagement Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate and manage the update of engagement programs for the Watch and Jewelry retail networks.
2. Create content for onboarding and new activities.
3. Monitor production and coordinate with product and learning development teams.
4. Manage and animate programs in a Train The Trainer format for regions and internal sessions.
5. Measure and adapt tools based on feedback.
6. Act as a key contact with HR for onboarding content updates.
7. Create and monitor Retail Excellence content.
8. Collaborate on client care and experience approaches with senior project managers.
9. Contribute to the evolution and excellence of the Education activity.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Commerce.
2. Interest in learning and retail excellence.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Project management in an international environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Adaptability and attention to detail.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.

Ideally, a first experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Commerce.

Internship for 6 months starting February 2025.
