1. Assist the Retail Digital Project Manager in overseeing projects related to operational efficiency and customer experience.
2. Participate in the launch of a new digital tool across European boutiques, including deployment planning, test sessions, user guides, training support, and training animations.
3. Independently manage a digital project aimed at facilitating boutique operations across Europe.
4. Draft user guides and training materials, and propose innovative and impactful communication supports.
5. Communicate updates and train Key Users on new functionalities.
6. Collect feedback from stakeholders and assist in defining their target operational needs, consolidating a Europe-wide proposal that accommodates market-specific requirements.
7. Monitor and enhance already deployed digital tools, contributing to their improvement and adoption.
8. Measure the impact of deployments through rigorous analytical tracking.
9. Maintain digital content on the Operations & Innovations team SharePoint, updating information for key market contacts.
10. Manage the content broadcasting tool for boutiques, including its roadmap and distribution list updates.

1. Currently pursuing higher education with ideally some experience in project management.
2. Fluent in English and French.

2. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
6. Interest in digital tools and applications.

Ideally, candidates should have some initial professional experience in project management.
