1. Assist the Retail Manager in the Distribution Development Department for Retail Europe.
2. Act as the key contact for retail teams across Europe, particularly for store managers.
3. Organize and manage the annual seminar, webinars, and other Retail Europe events autonomously.
4. Monitor store openings and manage cross-functional projects for boutique teams.
5. Analyze retail performance KPIs to support strategic marketing and customer experience decisions.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Learning teams to deploy services.
7. Support the animation of European retail communities.
8. Prepare presentations for retail managers and collaborate with various European departments.

1. Fluency in English is required.
2. A strong interest in retail and a good understanding of the Perfumes and Beauty sector, especially in Europe.
3. Ideally, prior experience in retail or service industries.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in retail or service industries is preferred, with a focus on project management and business and marketing insights.

Exposure to a wide range of retail development topics, collaboration with marketing, HR, European markets, and learning departments. Significant development of autonomy in team coordination and community management at a European scale.
