1. Report weekly and monthly sales results and compile sales analyses.
2. Participate in defining retail incentives and team challenges.
3. Support the animation of the Retail community and ensure Retail excellence.
4. Monitor and follow up on project expenses and administer budgets within the Retail area.
5. Update the Retail checklist regularly and support the implementation of processes and procedures.
6. Collaborate closely with the Retail team on new projects.
7. Observe market trends and competitive activities in the luxury market.

1. Eligibility for the V.I.E Program, requiring candidates to be between 18 and 28 years old and hold French or European nationality.
2. Higher education degree or relevant professional experience.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Basic understanding of retail analytics tools.
6. Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a strong asset.

Relevant professional experience in retail coordination or a related field is preferred.

Higher education degree required.
