Chanel Retail Business Analyst Intern

- Assist the Retail Development Project Manager in monitoring the sales performance of fashion boutiques in France through daily, weekly, and monthly analyses.
- Construct, track, and communicate weekly sales incentive results to sales teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on current business challenges and needs.
- Support the Retail Animation Project Manager in organizing monthly committees for sales managers, including preparation, presentation, and reporting.
- Develop monthly qualitative reports on key network information.
- Assist boutiques with various requests such as duplicates and cross-commissions.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
- Previous internship experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Merchandiser, Retail Coordinator, or Operations Officer.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French (native or bilingual level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and environments.
Previous experience in a similar internship role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, and opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and develop communication skills. Participation in events and networking with the Young Talents Community is also included.
