Chanel Retail Business Analyst Intern

- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics for the French fashion boutiques, including revenue, traffic, and cross-selling activities.
- Support the Retail Development Project Manager in tracking sales performance and communicating weekly incentive results to sales teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on current business needs and challenges.
- Assist the Retail Animation Project Manager in organizing monthly committees for sales managers, including planning, presenting, and reporting.
- Organize an annual seminar for sales managers.
- Prepare monthly qualitative reports on key network information.
- Assist boutiques with various requests such as duplicates and cross-commissions.
- Enrolled in a business school program (Master's level or equivalent).
- Previous internship experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Merchandiser, Retail Coordinator, or Operations Assistant.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French (native or bilingual level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A successful first internship in a related field such as Business Analysis, Product Merchandising, Retail Coordination, or Operations Management.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including training on Chanel's history and products.
