Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Boutique and boutique team.
- Update organizational charts, manage schedules, and assist with operations.
- Support administrative procedures for employee leave and onboarding.
- Manage T&E and monthly account settlements for boutique operations.
- Follow up on boutique email communications.
- Share important office announcements with the boutique team.
- Assist with uniform distribution for new and existing employees.
- Regularly manage and supply boutique essentials and office supplies.
- Efficiently handle internal communications and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Assist with stock inquiries and management in the absence of the Stock Assistant.
- Prepare and compile meeting materials for the Head of Boutique.
- Organize and summarize morning brief meeting notes.
- Compile and analyze monthly competitor data.
- Check, analyze, and share boutique traffic data.
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on issue resolutions.

Experience Requirements
