2. Maintain accurate records for boutique expenditures, staff attendance, leave applications, and overtime.
3. Coordinate onboarding and staff transfers to ensure a positive experience for team members.
4. Support boutique management with timely reporting and effective communication between stakeholders.
5. Uphold Chanel’s standards by managing workplace maintenance and resource replenishment.

1. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with professional judgment and conduct.

1. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
2. Positive, patient, and detail-oriented mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is preferred.
