1. Propose and design innovative research projects or study models in skin biology.
2. Conduct laboratory experiments including cellular biology, histology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
3. Evaluate the efficacy of raw materials and analyze experimental results.
4. Communicate findings internally through presentations and reports within project groups.
5. Develop scientific concepts to support the advancement of cosmetic products.

1. Doctorate in Biology with a specialization in skin biology.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Strong knowledge of skin biology and proficiency in key biological techniques such as cell culture, biochemistry, and molecular biology.
2. Project management skills and effective oral communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and teamwork spirit.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar research role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Doctorate in Biology.
