1. Lead the definition, prioritization, and maintenance of release backlogs in collaboration with Global Process Owners and the D365 product team.
2. Oversee the release backlog management process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of global releases.
3. Identify and manage future demand and business needs to support forward planning.
4. Maintain a release repository and manage key information using Azure DevOps.
5. Align backlog prioritization with business value drivers and technical objectives.
6. Facilitate release planning meetings and conduct readiness reviews.
7. Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists.
8. Measure and monitor the progress of each release to ensure deliverables meet timelines and expectations.
9. Champion the adoption of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
10. Establish and maintain metrics to track release performance and quality.
11. Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release execution.

1. 5+ years of experience in release backlog management, ideally in a global ERP/system environment.
2. Proven track record of managing software releases in complex, integrated settings.
3. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
4. Fluency in English and French.
5. Prince2 Practitioner and/or PMP certifications.

Minimum of 5 years in release backlog management within a global ERP/system environment, with a proven track record in complex settings.

Prince2 Practitioner and/or PMP certifications required.
