- Lead the definition, prioritization, and maintenance of release backlogs in collaboration with Global Process Owners and the D365 product team.
- Oversee the release backlog management process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of global releases.
- Identify and manage future demand and business needs to support forward planning.
- Maintain a release repository and manage key information using Azure DevOps.
- Align backlog prioritization with business value drivers and technical objectives.
- Facilitate release planning meetings and conduct readiness reviews.
- Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists.
- Measure and monitor the progress of each release to ensure deliverables meet timelines and expectations.
- Champion the adoption of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Establish and maintain metrics to track release performance and quality.
- Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release execution.
- 5+ years of experience in release backlog management, ideally in a global ERP/system environment.
- Proven track record of managing software releases in complex, integrated settings.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Prince2 Practitioner and/or PMP certifications.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships across teams.
- Experience with version control systems and build automation tools.
- Technical skills in release management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years in release backlog management within a global ERP/system environment, with a proven track record in complex settings.
Prince2 Practitioner and/or PMP certifications required.
Participation in a global transformation program across multiple regions and partners, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
