1. Manage the reception and processing of material samples for regulatory testing, coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers.
2. Oversee the logistics and key performance indicators related to sample dispatch processes.
3. Support chemical testing campaigns in collaboration with the Product Regulation Expert, including report analysis and synthesis.
4. Define testing models, materials, and colors to meet Vietnamese regulatory requirements for each collection.
5. Monitor and report on the physical dispatch of samples to Vietnam, managing any retention issues.
6. Contribute to the drafting and implementation of regulatory procedures.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry, Textiles, Leather, Regulatory Affairs, or Materials.

1. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
2. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of initial experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs, with a preference for knowledge of European REACH regulations and Chinese GB standards.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in relevant fields.
