Chanel Regulatory Affairs Manager

- Ensure international regulatory compliance of raw materials during the homologation process.
- Anticipate regulatory changes while integrating CSR commitments and sourcing challenges.
- Implement regulations in digital tools for seamless and proactive integration of new rules and commitments.
- Lead and inspire a team of three Regulatory Affairs Specialists to achieve objectives.
- Support team members in their professional development.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement of homologation processes and guidelines.
- Represent Chanel Parfums Beauté in technical groups to share and acquire cutting-edge regulatory knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enrich global network and expertise.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in the cosmetics industry or with cosmetic ingredient suppliers in regulatory-focused roles.
- In-depth knowledge of international cosmetic, chemical, and cross-disciplinary regulations.
- Strong technical understanding of raw materials and cosmetic formulas.
- Analytical capabilities and project management expertise.
- Organizational skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
A minimum of 10 years in the cosmetics industry or with cosmetic ingredient suppliers in regulatory-focused roles.
Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.
