1. Strategically and operationally manage order flows for the SWISS and US regions.
2. Supervise the order process and optimize allocations with regions to enhance service rates.
3. Ensure operational coordination with distribution center teams to manage global flow.
4. Centralize strategic information for product launches and shortage tracking for SWISS and US regions.
5. Lead monthly meetings, providing in-depth analyses and contributing to regional S&OP discussions.
6. Establish strategic relationships with SWISS and US markets, optimizing order flows according to business priorities.
7. Oversee deployment plans and supply strategies, updating tools based on market feedback.
8. Support regulatory questions and product evolution, playing a key role in strategic development.
9. Propose and implement action plans for performance improvement, facilitating team adaptation to strategic changes.

1. Experience or training in supply chain management.
2. Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability in dynamic environments.
3. Autonomy in managing responsibilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and analysis.
3. Ability to coordinate and engage different stakeholders.

Previous experience in supply chain management or related field is required.
